Sewage Treatment Systems

20% of people in the EC are not connected to a sewer. However, the cost of treating your own sewage can be less expensive than a connection to the mains sewer. What’s more, you get an easy, safe, clean solution.

In our system, the sewage is treated in batches, guaranteeing the highest effluent quality, no matter whether you are just one person, or you have invited the extended family for Christmas.

How does it work? Essentially, the waste water is stored in the primary settlement tank. Naturally occurring bugs feed on the substances dissolved in the waste water and biodegrade them. All they need to do this is oxygen, which our pumps provide – silently! The solids sink to the bottom and the fluids unit in the treatment tank siphons the cleanest fluid for treatment. Treated waste is legally clean enough to be pumped straight into a stream, ditch or seepage or soakaway area.

  • The system uses SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor) technology which is a proven technology and has been used for decades by water companies in large sewage treatment plants.
  • Eco-friendly power use. Most sewage treatment systems operate 24 hours a day, using 24 hours-worth of electricity. Our pumps only use power for 7 minutes a day.
  • Auto adjustable when you are on holiday to save energy.
  • Uses active sludge – the micro-organisms move freely and are constantly regenerated naturally.
  • Entirely eco-friendly and natural and you never need to add chemicals – ever!
  • All materials are 100% waste-water resistant so there is no corrosion at all.
  • Suitable for ground water level up to 100cm without the need for concrete backfill.
  • Easy to install due to light weight and pre-assembly, low installation depth, no concrete base or backfill required, which could save you up to L1,000 installation costs compared with conventional tanks.
  • The tanks are rodent and tree-root proof.
  • 20-year guarantee on the tank; 3-year guarantees on the mechanical parts.
  • Over 20,517 have been installed… and counting.
