DESIGN
Our mechanical and electrical design capabilities are the envy of the industry. We design water-handling facilities for major utility companies, industry and homeowners, and have a wealth of experience across a multitude of disciplines. As well as pumps and pumping stations, we design and install all types of associated equipment including the calculation, design and fabrication of steel fixtures. Our design engineers are CompEx qualified to work in potential hazardous areas, and we also hold NICEIC part P accreditation.
Energy efficient design and control
We’re committed to using less energy both in the build and maintenance of our products. Unlike other products, our rainwater harvesting systems and sewage treatment plants don’t need to be sunk in concrete, even in areas where the water tables are as high as 1 metre. As well as being more eco-friendly, this alone could save you thousands in installation charges. We’re also leading the way in eco-friendly pump design. Features include low-level cut-off, so you don’t burn out the pump by running it when dry. Also, they automatically switch to mains water when the tank is low.

Using AutoCAD and Solidworks, we can carry out asset surveys and create sophisticated 3D designs that enable us to get the project right first time, in terms of specification and budget.
